Refunds and Cancellations for Wealthpin Products
Customer service is our highest priority here at Wealthpin.
If you purchased a product like Wealthpin Pro, Insider Intelligence or Breakout Wealth and you want to claim a refund or cancel your subscription – please email us right away at:

Please don’t call your credit card company to issue a chargeback.
This will actually delay our ability to refund you in a timely process. We both have to go through a long procedure when people call their credit card companies to dispute a charge. It’s faster and easier for us to refund you directly through our payment processor. Plus, we can ensure you don’t have any ongoing charges down the road.
Most of the products we sell are subscriptions that include emails and access to private webpages.
The subscription will renew and charge the credit card we have on file, either each quarter or each year based on what the order form says.
You will always get an email alert before the charge goes through. If you wish to cancel before that – no problem.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel your subscription.
Please allow at least one business day for that cancellation to process.
Refunds and Moneyback Guarantees
Most of our products offer at least a 3-month money back guarantee. If you wish to claim a refund and cancel your subscription, simply send us an email email@example.com
Even if you are outside of that timeframe, please reach out to us, if you aren’t happy for any reason with the research service that you’ve purchased!
And again, please do not issue a credit card dispute! We will work to make things right, and it’s easier to do that through our own payment system.
When we say we take customer service seriously, we mean it!
We are in this for the long haul! Keeping our customers is always more important than an extra subscription fee.
