Insider Intelligence
This service tracks SEC Form 4 filings. This document is filed every time a company insider buys or sells their own company’s stock. We look for insider buys, then combine that with fundamental analysis and technical analysis to determine if the stock is a good trade idea. If it is, we enter a credit spread on the stock. This means we’re looking for the stock to either rise or stay at the strike price of our spread. The options duration is normally 45-60 days out. We aim for 1-2 picks a month.
